PROBLEM: I am not receiving any or some of my form submissions. When I test the form, I get the following error:
"Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact administrator by other way."
SOLUTION: Go to the MAIL section on the form page. Put your e-mail address in there and not [your-first] [your last] <your email> or anything that tries to populate with the person's e-mail address. Save.
WHY: I have no idea. Something changed recently and the e-mail settings that you used to have might not be right. There is probably a way to put the senders name or e-mail in there. I just don't care enough to figure it out.
NOTE: Be aware that when you do reply to all, it is going to reply to you and not to the sender of the form so make sure you check that before you send a response.
